本アプリは、個人情報を含むいかなるユーザーデータも収集・送信・第三者提供しません。

• 対戦成績や設定はお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。
• 「近くの人と対戦」では、近くの端末とローカルネットワーク（Apple の MultipeerConnectivity）で直接つながり、着手などの対局データのみを相手の端末との間で直接やり取りします。開発者のサーバーは存在せず、データを外部に送信・収集することはありません。
• 広告表示、アクセス解析、トラッキングは一切ありません。
• アカウント登録は不要です。

Data Collection

This app does not collect, transmit, or share any user data, including personal information.

• Game records and settings are stored only on your device.
• In "Play Someone Nearby", the app connects directly to a nearby device over the local network (Apple's MultipeerConnectivity) and exchanges only gameplay data such as moves, directly between the two devices. There is no developer server, and no data is transmitted to or collected by any server.
• No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
• No account registration is required.
